The Black Star Collection at Ryerson University: Highlights

This exhibition features digital reproductions of
significant photographs in the famed Black Star
Collection, and is indicative of the breadth and
scope of its holdings. The photographs cover a
range of subjects including major international
political and cultural figures, the history of conflict
from the First World War through Vietnam and
beyond, the American Civil Rights Movement,
popular culture, and early space exploration,
offering a glimpse into the diversity of the works in
the Collection.
