Doggie Doggie, Buffalo Buffalo

Drawing upon memories of summer days spent at
the
Canadian National Exhibiition. Mokrynski constructs
dreamscapes of exaggerated realities by using a
pinhole
camera erasing and smearing motion during long
exposures.
The effect is both dizzying and jubilant and forms a
lush
tapestry capturing impressions of the past in the
same layered
and wistful manner that they are conjured together
in the mind.
