Tori Foster Concentrated Geographies

May 7–Jun 4,  2011

Concentrated Geographies is an exposition of urban structures, city life, and other phenomena that are too large to fit within one’s visual field. These photographic, video, and new-media works compress large-scale environments and processes into representations that can be witnessed in their entirety—exposing underlying, and often invisible, patterns, archetypes, and emergent behaviour.
