Group Exhibition Narrow and Wide
Apr 25–May 31, 2013
Embedded in the history of photography is a desire to not only illustrate the world, but to also convey the experience of seeing. Photographers harness different forms to do this, and the images in this exhibition represent two approaches: the panorama and the close-up. Narrow and Wide celebrates the expansiveness and nuance of perception, found in the close-up of textures or the sweeping horizon of the open sea.
Curated by Emily Lockhart.
