Steven Crainford Transient and Eternal

Crainford has long been fascinated with the moods, patterns, shapes, and colours found in moving water. The title Transient and Eternal encapsulates water’s essence: It is always different and yet always the same. The photographs represent more than 15 years of this exploration, beginning in black-and-white 4×5 film and ending in high-resolution digital photography. All the prints are made by the photographer.
