Some estimates say that at current rates of deforestation, the entire rainforest habitat in Sumatra will be gone in less than 20 years. With it, the critically endangered Sumatran orangutan, rhino, elephant, and tiger will cease to exist, and human populations will be devastated. This is much more than an exhibit; these four female photographers hope to educate and engage the Toronto community through photography. Proceeds will support the Sumatran Wildlife Sanctuary conservation effort.
