In Dialogue with Jah Grey

Jah Grey will discuss the making of his photo series in Lagos, Nigeria, and his collaboration with Nigerian creative director Uche Uba. Grey will explore how the portraits defy the sociopolitical landscape, capturing the dignity and beauty of trans women, drag queens, and non-binary individuals amidst Nigeria’s legislative attempts to eradicate LGBTQ2S+ communities. Presented by BAND. Please RSVP via Eventbrite.
