Victor Yeung Childhood

Yeung’s photographs depict the magic of childhood when children are not only growing up physically, but also their nascent identities are being forged by their genetic disposition, their environment and family dynamics, and by their individual experiences. It's a time filled with play and exploration, achievement and frustration, joy and anger. And since children have yet to learn the codes of adult behaviour, all these experiences are expressed without filters, which makes for vivid pictures.
