What does your body feel like in a dream? Tender to the Touch investigates this question. The exhibition is a presentation of work by Toronto artist Alison Postma, shown in the Xpace Project Space. The work immerses the viewer in a dream, and invites interactive exploration through photographs, video, and furniture pieces.

  • Alison Postma, a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist, explores various mediums including photography, video, sculpture, most recently moving into furniture. They graduated from the University of Guelph’s Studio Art program in 2016 and completed the Craft and Design program at Sheridan College in 2024. In September 2020, Alison co-founded the plumb, a collective-run gallery space in Toronto, aimed at supporting emerging artists in the city. Their contributions to the artistic community have been recognized, including winning the Emerging Digital Artists Award in 2020.
