Alex Hall is a lens-based Chinese Canadian artist working in Toronto, Canada. She specializes in analog photography and alternative processes. She holds a BFA in photography and minor in English literature from the Ontario College of Art and Design University. She received the, Best of Student Award, at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair 2025. Hall’s practice explores immigration, displacement, and the ties of her family history with her mixed heritage. She is also drawn to material drawn explorations, thinking about how the presentation of her work Is heightened by paper choice, composition, and experimental materiality.

Natalie Hunter (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist from Hamilton, Ontario. She creates photo-based installations, sculpture, and moving images that explore relationships between embodied experience, spatial perception, the senses, personal memory, and identity. Her work studies the complexities of time, space, memory, and the senses in our digitally saturated culture through an interplay between image, material, and form. With a fascination for both image making and working with materials by hand, her research and studio practice poetically investigates the shifting sensory experiences of light, colour, time, consciousness, and motion as they relate to memory and perception.

Yujie Wang is a Toronto-based photographer whose practice is rooted in East-Asian aesthetics and deeply inspired by nature. Her images often capture the moments of stillness and subtle emotion, embracing soft light, quiet compositions, and atmospheric storytelling, Yujie approaches photography as a form of visual poetry—where absence speaks as much as presence, and the unsaid carries weight. Her work often explores themes of transience, memory, and the sublime in the ordinary, inviting viewers into a contemplative, almost meditative space. She received the PhotoEd Magazine Award at the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair 2025.

Leala Hewak is a Toronto-based artist working primarily in photography and video. Her practice often explores relationships between people and their built environments, particularly Modernist and Brutalist buildings. A former criminal defence lawyer, she obtained a Master of Fine Arts from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2017. Since that time, she has participated in more than 20 solo and group national and international exhibitions and published several artists books. Prior to HEADQUARTERS, her latest series, TOO FUN (2024) documented the demise of Raymond Moriyama’s brutalist masterpiece, the Ontario Science Centre.
