This exhibition showcases a series of images of the nomadic people of the Moroccan Sahara desert. The images show typical habitats of nomadic communities that relocate frequently in pursuit of the basic needs of their animals in the extremely challenging environment of the desert. The Nomadic people that Michael Lindon met (mostly women and children), are reserved, humble, and reluctant to be photographed especially by an outsider. Lindon’s images of these beautiful people reflect the happiness, sadness, resilience, strength, and faith of the traditional life of the Moroccan desert nomad.
